Setting up new holiday homes is currently strongly conditioned by each municipality's urban planning. In Fuerteventura, Pájara is the municipality whose planning expressly regulates this use in certain areas; even there, the possibility depends on the area, the planning conditions and the specific situation of the property.
We do not offer the processing of new holiday-home registrations. Reports, certificates, projects or technical documents legally requiring it must be drawn up and signed by a qualified professional. For tax interpretations, we refer you to the relevant tax professional.
