To answer your enquiry, assess the support requested and keep in touch about that service. It is not used for mass marketing or profiling.

Retention
Data is kept for as long as the conversation or service relationship lasts and afterwards for any legally required periods. It is deleted once no longer needed.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required or strictly necessary for the requested procedure and with your knowledge (for example, coordinating with a qualified professional or filing documents with an authority). Messages sent by WhatsApp or email are also processed by those providers under their own terms.
